Warranty Information
We stand behind every repair with written warranties up to 20 years.
Our Warranty Philosophy
At Superior Stabilization Corp., a warranty isn't just paperwork — it's our promise that the repair will hold. We use advanced, proven methods precisely because they produce durable results we're confident enough to back in writing. Our warranties are clear, transferable where noted, and honored without hassle.
Seawall Repair Warranty
Seawall repair and restoration projects completed using our engineered methods carry a written warranty covering workmanship and material performance. Warranty duration varies based on the scope of repair, site conditions, and materials used, and will be specified in your written contract prior to any work beginning.
- Covers structural integrity of repaired sections
- Covers backfill material and injection work
- Does not cover damage caused by storms, boat wake beyond normal conditions, or acts of nature exceeding design parameters
Foundation & Slab Stabilization Warranty
Chemical grouting and polyurethane foam injection projects for slab and foundation stabilization are backed by a warranty on the injected material and the achieved lift. Qualifying projects may carry warranties of up to 20 years.
- Covers void-fill material performance and soil binding
- Covers maintained elevation of treated areas under normal loading conditions
- Transferable to subsequent property owners upon written notification to Superior Stabilization Corp.
Sinkhole Remediation Warranty
Sinkhole repair projects are warranted based on the specific remediation method used and the site engineering report. All sinkhole work is performed in accordance with Florida statute requirements, and warranty terms are provided in your project contract.
Concrete & Asphalt Work
Concrete pours, sidewalk repairs, and asphalt work carry a standard workmanship warranty covering defects in materials and installation. Duration is specified per project. Normal wear, vehicle damage, and tree root intrusion after installation are not covered.
What Voids a Warranty
- Unauthorized modifications to the repaired structure or site
- Failure to maintain proper drainage around treated areas
- Damage from third parties, construction, or heavy equipment not disclosed at time of estimate
- Acts of God or catastrophic weather events beyond design parameters
